The Foundant water bottle accompanied three friends and I on my very first camping trip the first week of July. I have lived in Montana for the entire 22 years of my life and had never been camping up to this point. We camped in the Absaroka–Bearthooth Mountains next to Emerald Lake on what had to be the hardest piece of land on the planet. We then hiked up to Mystic Lake, formed by a hydroelectric dam created back in 1925. My friends and I spent the afternoon walking part way around the lake and climbing up to a natural spring, where I filled my Foundant bottle with fresh, cold, spring water. Sunburnt and exhausted, we hiked back down the mountain only to be followed by the only rain cloud in the sky. It was by far a great first camping experience.
