Aaron Spevacek has been a Client Success Manager (CSM) with Foundant Technologies for almost a year and a half. Aaron was a client for several years before starting in a role called “proactive customer service,” which evolved into the CSM role.
Aaron’s favorite moments in the CSM role are when he can make a suggestion or show someone something in the software that will make them more effective or save them time. Problem solving is a big part of the CSM role and Aaron says that, often, the best way to find a solution is to step back and ask some important questions. If a client is having a difficult time getting what they want from the software, the first question is “why” or “what is the ultimate goal here?” If they are having a hard time understanding something in the software, the question is “how can I explain it differently?”
Aaron highly enjoys the personal interactions that define his job and looks forward to what this role has in store for the future. He sees Foundant continuing to deliver on the promise of extending information technology and a more networked world to the types of organizations that don’t have professional IT staff.
