Announcing Foundant’s Disaster Relief Program

Hurricane Sandy is just the latest example of a community needing to bond together to recover and rebuild after a large natural disaster.  Events like hurricanes, floods, tornado’s, and other similar disaster situations often lead to a huge outpouring of support and concern in the short term.  After the initial news stories subside, often the ongoing need for support increases while funds and attention disappears.  With so many customers affected by Hurricane Sandy, we decided to ask if there was another way for Foundant to help our customers and the communities they live in and serve other than a donation to the American Red Cross.  After talking internally and with a few of our affected customers, we have decided to launch a new, ongoing program to address these types of situations.

Foundant’s Local Disaster / Emergency Relief Program

  • For any Foundant customer that wishes to launch a specific Emergency / Disaster relief program to address a disaster similar to Sandy, Foundant will not charge for this process.
  • If you need help launching the program, we have a few examples of similar programs using programs clients have already launched and we will copy the process into your site and help you configure the process to meet your needs.
  • There is no time limit for how long this process may run.
  • It can be public, by invitation only or internal processes.
