Daren Nordhagen, President

Daren has spent his entire career with high tech startups and has held sales leadership roles in companies such as Extended Systems of Boise, ID (acquired by Sybase), ProClarity Corporation of Boise, ID (acquired by Microsoft), and RightNow Technologies (Nasdaq: RNOW) of Bozeman, MT. Daren is actively involved in charitable causes as a committee member for the local chapter of Ducks Unlimited and the Montana State University College of Business. Daren graduated from Montana State University with degrees in Marketing and Economics.

Mark Larimer, VP Sales & Marketing

Mark’s high tech career includes time with Extended Systems (acquired by Sybase), and RightNow Technologies (Nasdaq: RNOW) prior to joining Foundant to lead the sales and marketing efforts. One of the first employees at RightNow Technologies, Mark was the initial Sales Manager and helped lead RightNow’s international growth by opening sales offices in the UK, Germany and Australia. Mark and his family believe in supporting local educational opportunities in Bozeman by being contributing members of the Museum of the Rockies and teaching Junior Achievement classes in the local elementary and junior high schools. Mark is a Marketing graduate of Montana State University.

Raymond Burket, Director of Technology and Services

Raymond leads Foundant’s technology and customer services efforts. His past experience includes significant time in the areas of Documentation, R&D, Customer Support, Sales Engineering and Professional Services at Digital Research (Pacific Grove, CA), Extended Systems (Boise, ID) and ProClarity Corporation (Boise, ID) as well as heading up his own successful Web design business. His non-profit experience includes sitting on the Boards of two organizations in addition to serving as Executive Director for one of them. Raymond graduated with a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from California State University, Chico.

Steve Ough, Chairman of the Board

Steve Ough is a founder and primary investor in Foundant. Steve also serves as CEO of Connexa Softools, Inc., where he is responsible for strategic planning, legal and finance. In addition to his Foundant and Connexa duties, Steve is the Managing General Partner of Ough Investments, Ltd., President of the Cora Foundation, and serves on the boards of Love in the Name of Christ and Mars Hill Productions. Steve was co-founder of the network consulting firm Paranet which was sold to Sprint for $380 million in 1997. Steve’s private family foundation, The Cora Foundation, is the inspiration behind Foundant’s software products.

Foundant Technologies is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana. Montana State University, a renowned engineering and research center, contributes culture, entertainment and a highly skilled workforce to the local economy. World-class skiing and fly fishing, nearly unlimited access to national forests and Yellowstone National Park are anywhere from five minutes to one hour from town, making Bozeman one of the best places in the country to work and play.
