Megan Dahl
Regional Sales Manager

Megan has over seventeen years of experience working within all sides of the philanthropic community. This includes working as a development director/grant-writer for a regional non-profit, a grants manager for a private foundation and ten years working as a senior account executive for MicroEdge before joining the Foundant team in 2008. She received her BA from Michigan State University and makes her home in Seattle, Washington. When not working, Megan can be found doing "anything in the outdoors" with her husband and two daughters. She loves hiking, mountaineering and traveling to not-so-typical vacation destinations with her family. She is actively involved as a trustee of Westside School, and has additional board and volunteer experience with Sierra Club Inner City Outings, Social Venture Partners and Westside Baby.

Grant Elliott
Client Services Manager

Grant joined Foundant in 2008, where he manages customer deployments and assists with the support team.  Grant accepted a football scholarship to attend Montana State University in Bozeman, MT and graduated in Business Management with an emphasis in International Business. While attending MSU, Grant traveled abroad leading business simulations for foreign college students.  After college, Grant sold farm and ranch insurance for Western States Insurance and became one of the firm's top salesmen. He started life on his family's 4th generation farm in Fort Benton, MT and often wonders how his life led him to sitting in an office every day in the software business. His life outside of work is spent skiing, hiking, fishing, biking and all things outdoors.

Betty Bloomer
Client Services Consultant

Betty began working for Foundant in the spring of 2010 and works with the client services team on customer implementation and support.  Prior to joining Foundant, Betty worked in logistics and customer service for Summit Resource Imports, a Bozeman based company that designs, sources and imports private label apparel. She held a similar position at Mountainsmith, a backpack manufacturer located outside Denver, CO for over ten years.  She received her BS in Business Administration from The University of Colorado, where she was also a member of the varsity ski team. Outside of work, Betty enjoys all of the things that Bozeman has to offer including running, hiking, fishing, skiing and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
